SPLT DAO
The SPLT Network is governed by the SPLT DAO, which is managed in a completely open and decentralized manner. There are over 50 unique companies, business entities, organizations, and DAOs dedicated to supporting, operating, and managing the SPLT Network. In addition, there are thousands of active community members who support the project in a variety of ways, including open source code contributions. All core smart contract changes require decentralized multi-signature approval held by numerous unique entities and contributors.
The network is also supported by two entities, the NODE Foundation and SPLT Labs. SPLT Labs is the core team responsible for proposing technical specifications, providing open source code support, and educating the public on the technical elements of the SPLT Network. The NODE Foundation is based in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, and the SPLT Labs headquarters are in San Francisco, California.

NODE Foundation
The Network for a Decentralized Economy (NODE) Foundation is a Liechtenstein-based non-profit entity established to support the SPLT Network open source project. The Foundation is supported by the Foundation's subsidiary NODE Anstalt and SPLT Labs, Inc., headquartered in San Francisco, California. SPLT Labs supports the network through contributions to open source code, community development, and other important work to promote the growth and adoption of the SPLT Network.
